The Easter Choir praised the Lord in song during our service. Director Cindi Johnson (back to camera) encouraged Violet Buonauro, Linda Gibbs, Henrie Burnett, Betty Pitcher, Ruth Ann Bultinck (front row, l to r), Steve Vasko, Pete Midgarden, Charlie Canning, and Wayne Pitcher (back row, l to r) to praise the Lord with our congregation. Pastor Dave sits next to the altar during the special music, "I Know That My Redeemer Lives."

We don't have a lot of good pictures of Mike Coleman playing the organ. So many of them wash out with the light behind him. This one may be a little better.

Zion dedicated its most recent banner acquisition which has an Advent/Christmas focus. The message, however, is very consistent with the Easter Season when we call on people to recognize Christ and His resurrection.

Zion dedicated a sanctuary banner on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2007. The banner has an Advent-Christmas motif calling for the recognition of Jesus Christ, God's own Son Who is God's gift to the world. There is a similar call in the Easter Season to recognize the sacrifice of God's own Son for the sins of the world on the cross of Calvary.

Zion's church council notes that, "Easter is a very appropriate time to celebrate and dedicate God's love for the world with this beautiful banner dedication."

The careful observer will note the group was supervised by Miss Charlene Crump (adult left) and Miss Shelley Stockwell (adult right).
